If you have an idea and you want to realize, I can help you look for subsidies to finance your project. There are different types of subsidies for different areas. However, funds often require that you did not yet start implementing your idea.

First of all, it is important to know exactly what you want to do. The more details you can provide, the greater the chances of finding a suitable fund.

The next step is writing the subsidy application. This requires outlining the implementation of your idea according to a predetermined framework. You should tailor this to the requirements of the fund.  But you also want to convince them that your idea is perfectly suited for them and that you are the ideal party to carry out this great idea.

Receiving subsidy, means it's time for a little celebration. But you're not out of the woods yet. Funds also want to know what you have done with their money and what ultimately became of your idea. You conclude the subsidy process with a report that aligns with your application and justifies your choices.

I can assist you at every step of this process. Together, we can structure your idea in the preliminary phase and fill in the details. I can contribute to writing the application, for example, to highlight those important details. And afterwards, I can also review and contribute, if you wish. Especially if you plan to approach a fund more often, it is important to give a reliable impression.

I was a board member of a literary and art foundation for many years. For them, I applied for project subsidies from both national funds (such as the Prins Bernhard Fund) and local funds (such as the municipality). In total, we received more than 90% of the requested funds.

I have also assisted individual artists with subsidy applications. This ranged from advice on possible funds for their ideas to brainstorming about their projects and reviewing the application.

And I assisted an educational project, for which I was asked to contribute to the subsidy applications. Over a period of five years, this project has grown into a full-fledged, professional platform now used in schools and libraries throughout the country.
